ABOUT NATURA

Memory Foam is a visco-elastic foam originally developed for NASA. It was used by NASA because of its ability to distribute pressure across the entire surface, thus easing extreme G-force. It’s also sometimes called slow recovery foam.

Memory foam gently reshapes itself to pressure applied to it, which eliminates joint and muscle stress during sleep. People who suffer from arthritis, scoliosis and chronic back, knee or hip pain report a marked increase in pain relief. So it was subsequently used in medical applications. Bio-based memory foam has all the benefits of memory foam without the toxic ingredients.

INTRODUCTION

Wansern Foam Industry Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 12th February 1994 and it is located at Lot 9305, Jalan Yong Peng, Mk Sri Medan, 83400 Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia. The company has grown from a small rented factory to current factory of 121406m² of land and it is well known as one of the leading polyurethane foam mattress and memory foam mattress manufacturer in Malaysia.

As a credit on our research and development, we successfully developed to use palm oil as one of our main raw material for our polyurethane foam and memory foam mattress. With the combination of our manufacturing experience and European high technology machine and equipment, we are able to manufacture high quality palm oil memory foam and palm oil polyurethane foam mattress by using palm oil which is one of the most important commodities in Malaysia.
